BIOMERKET

Our biomarket is a space where tradition and sustainability meet. We offer a variety of potato-based products, from snacks to nutritious flours. In addition, we have a selection of artisan cheeses and delicious black mashua and goose jams and nectars, highlighting the authentic flavors of the Andes.
